She was predeceased by: her parents, Lloyd Eugene Frank and Myrtle Lou McElreath Frank; and her brother Mark. She is survived by: her daughter Doris; her husband Denton Evans; her children, Lavada Evans (Bill) and Paul Evans (Dori); her grandchildren, Caleb Evans, Victoria Evans, Melanie Evans and Joshua Evans; and her siblings, Mary Lou Frank and Richard Frank (D'Ann).
