He is survived by: his parents, Warren Skeen and Betsy Spann Skeen; his wife Jimmie Lou Skeen; his children, Jeffery Brian Skeen, Katrina Schmitz (William) and Shawn Bryant (Nathan); his stepchildren, Brittany Torres, Tina Jones, Lloyd, Jr., Rubin and Rusty Jones; his grandchildren, William Schmitz, Kayson Bryant and Kaylee Schmitz; his stepgrandchildren, Dakota, Christopher, Rubin, Jr., Rowan, Jasmine, Roqual, Esmeralda, Katline, Emily, Adriana, McKenzie and Marissa; his great grandchildren, Zoey and Juniper; and his sisters, LaTrishia Hamdan, Debra Evans (Craig), Brenda Shackelford (Kevin) and Tammie Brock (Raymond). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
