He was predeceased by: his parents, Hammonds Branum and Myrle Branum; his nephew Ricky Clifton; and his uncle Roscoe Branum. He is survived by: his wife Amy Branum; his pet Rebel; his sister Dorothy Clifton; his niece Teresa; his children, Paul Kirkpatrick (Danielle), Dakota Easton, Mia Jackson and Brittany Kirkpatrick; his son-in-law Josh Pate; and his grandchildren, Kole Pate, Ryder Pate, Rylee Pate and Justin Lollar.
