He is survived by: his wife Tammy Hardin of Pottsboro, TX.; his sons, Logan Hardin (Jessica) of Denton, TX. and Sawyer Hardin of Pottsboro, TX.; his parents, Sherry Clark and Neil Clark of Milford, Ohio; his siblings, Tim Perdue (Amy) of Paducah, Kentucky and April O'Connell (Jim) of Hebron, KY.; his nieces and nephews, Corey, Ty, Landon, Pierson, Bradley, Joshua, Isaiah, Brady, Hailey, Allyn, Kiera and Aliana; his great-niece Gracie; his friend Jason Whaley; and his pets, Isabell, Gracie and Harper.
The family suggests memorial donations be made to the SPCA.
