He is survived by: his parents, Robert Blackwell and Debra Earnest Blackwell; his sister Kristina; his grandmother Genevieve Blackwell of Pekin, IL; his uncle Jeff (Dar Blackwell); his aunts, Diane Earnest of Troy, Illinois, Donna (Wayne Simmons) of East Peoria, IL and Dorothy Thompson (Roger) of East Peoria, IL; and his cousins, Jennifer, Dennis Konopka, Rachele, Dave Marvin, Nicole, Chad Kellem, Stacy Edwards, Brian Simmons, Stephanie, Hugh, Becca Soward, Katie Vinson, Brandon Earnest, Alexandra, Blaine Chance and Donny Blackwell.
