He is survived by: his daughters, Sarah of Kansas, Aleisha Johnson (Ryan) of Oklahoma and Emily of Kentucky; his siblings, Tommy (Phyllis), Keith (Ginger), Rodger and Tina Crews of Kentucky; his siblings-in-law, Jenny and Doug Hartline of Pottsboro; his nephew Clint Hartline of Pottsboro; his great-nephew Liam Bedenian; and his close friends, Misty, Tadpole Hernandez of Honey Grove and Bryan Wiginton of Silo, Oklahoma.. He is also survived by numerous other nephews and nieces.
