She is survived by: her children, Jan Polk and Mark Forbes; her grandchildren, Rachael Forbes, Michael Forbes and Sabrina Davis; and her great grandchildren, Brenden Forbes-Waters, Lexi Davis, Bradley Davis, Emree Forbes, Drake Forbes, Jan Davis and Miles Clay Forbes-Rider.
