He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles T. Smith and Elizabeth A. Smith; his niece Kristin Beasley; and his great-nephew Andrew Baugh. He is survived by: his wife Mary; his sisters, Dee Dee (Connie), Michele (Tobin), Susan (Ray) and Wendy (Mike); his children, Nick Jr., Joey, Adrien, Shauna and Aleia; and his great grandchild Kalieah Rose Elizabeth. He is also survived by other grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
