He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Dock Franklin and Viola May North Fletcher; his grandsons, John Wilshire, David Wilshire and Zachary Schrader; his wife Edna Fletcher (Raines); his daughter Pamela Fletcher (Norman Schrader) of Union City, PA; and his brother Cliffard Fletcher (Patsy) of Lake Livingston, Texas. He was also cherished by 4 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild.
