She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Lesley and Hattie Jewell Riggle (Gillham); her husband Virgil Chester Combs Sr.; her children, Kent Richard Combs and Jewell Coffey; her son-in-law Jimmy Coffey (Bo); and her siblings, Leslie Riggle, Bill Riggle, Richard Riggle and Mike Riggle.
She is survived by: her children, David Combs (Sharon) of Wills Point, Donald Combs of Pottsboro, Virgil Combs Jr. of Pottsboro, Chris Combs (Leann) of Tyler, Steve Combs (Tammie) of Josephine, Teresa Dean (Joseph) of Texas and Matthew Combs (Brenda) of Payne, Ohio; her grandchildren, Alysha Kennedy, Jimmy Coffey, Sara Combs, Joseph Dean, Amanda Ratchford, Zack Dean, Steven Combs, Dillen Dean, Lyndsay Cekander and Amber Webb; and her brothers, David Riggle (Kay), Patrick Riggle (Julia) and Timothy Riggle. She is also survived by fifteen great grandchildren.
