It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kathy Gay Tate of Pottsboro, Texas, born in Bowie, Texas, who passed away on March 6, 2021, at the age of 59, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Russell Eugene Walker and Joy LaFern Walker; and her brother Russell S. Walker. She is survived by: her husband James Watson of Pottsboro; her children, Zachary Watson of Pottsboro and Kasie Watson of Durant; her brother Keith Ray Walker of Montague; and her grandchildren, Easton Layne, Taylor Rae and James Alan.
