She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Lee and Dora Linder Moore (Killion); her husband W. T. Shelby; and her siblings, Frances Allen, J. W. Moore and Walter Moore.
She is survived by: her daughters, Pam Russell (Tom) of Pottsboro, Texas and Cindy Rodgers (Mike) of Sherman, Texas; her granddaughter Christy Hale (Matthew) of Bellevue, Nebraska; her daughter Rebecca Harris (Tanner) of Sherman, Texas; her grandson Robert Rhew (Heather) of Savoy, Texas; her great grandchildren, Kimmie, Michael, Wayland, Sophia, Aubrey and Rowan; her nephews, Richard Allen and Terry Allen; and her niece Reba Cowles.
