It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Faye Oleta Schnitker of Pottsboro, Texas, who passed away on January 29, 2022, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Birdwell and Edith Birdwell (Clarence W. "Dutch"); and her siblings, Jeanette Harrell, Madie Kana and Allen Birdwell.
She is survived by: her husband Clarence W. "Dutch" Schnitker; her children, Linda Faye Weger (Johnny) of Denison, Susan Nanette Clement (Curtis) of Pottsboro and Mark William Schnitker (Lisa) of Cartwright; and her grandchildren, Stacy Weger (Nick) of DeSoto, Tammy Kent (Brian) of Pottsboro, Christi Maxwell (Shane) of Denison, Brandon Clement (Alice) of Killeen, Amy Clemons (Cody) of Pottsboro and Joseph Schnitker of Cartwright. She is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren and four great-great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Cancer Society in memory of her late husband, Dutch Schnitker.
