He was loved and cherished by many people including: his father Harry; his daughter Karen Dotson (Robert) of Pottsboro, Texas; his grandchildren, Cole Dotson (Susan) of Denison and Caden Dotson (Kindall) of Commerce, Texas; his great grandchildren, Aly Dotson and Coleten Dotson; his sister Dorothy Walker of Rineyville, Kentucky; his wife Clyva Jayne DeFratus; his son David Mark DeFratus; and his siblings, Enoch "Sonny" DeFratus, Leon DeFratus, Margaret Ramey and Mildred Lancaster. He was also cherished by numerous nieces and nephews.
