It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Chuck Davis of Pottsboro, Texas, born in Austin, Texas, who passed away on May 20, 2021, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, R. T. Davis and Josie Davis (Windom); and his brother Col. Robert S. Davis. He is survived by: his wife Nelda Davis; his son Curtis Davis; his daughter-in-law Cari of Joshua, TX; his daughter Staci Holt; his son-in-law James of Denver, CO; his granddaughters, Kathryn Davis and Elizabeth Holt; his siblings-in-law, Herman Eilers, Raymond Eilers and Betty Rhodes (John); and also Joyce. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
