She was predeceased by: her parents, Porter McBride and Dottie McBride; her grandson Michael Morrison; and her brothers, Jerry McBride, Tommy McBride and Harold McBride.
She is survived by: her husband David Cassell of Pottsboro, Texas; her daughters, Kimberly White (Jim) of Frisco and Christi Simpson (Kenny) of Sherman, Texas; her stepsons, Casey Cassell of Roswell and Justin Cassell; her grandchildren, Alicia Gossett (Eddie) of Anna, Kristiffer Morrison of Forney and Michaela Wright (Stephen) of Denver, Colorado; her great grandchildren, Easton Gossett, Emma Gossett, Connor Wright and Maddox Morrison; and her siblings, Jimmy McBride (Vicky), Shelley McBride (Angela), Ronald McBride (Debbie), Rodger McBride (Lisa) and Curtis McBride (Trish). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
Visitation was held on Sunday, October 27th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Johnson-Moore Pottsboro Chapel (511 FM 120, Pottsboro, TX 75076). A funeral service was held on Monday, October 28th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location.
