She is survived by: her husband Dennis Blaylock; her son Jeremy House (Jennifer); her grandchildren, Colton, Carley and Corbin House; her daughter-in-law Jessica House; her grandchildren, Jaylyn, Jayden House, Tyler Jobes and Jordan O'Neill; and her sisters, Kelly Acker and Mindy Womack. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
