He was predeceased by: his parents, Miguel Velasquez and Dora Arguello. He is survived by: his wife Teresa Velasquez; his children, Lupe Rodriguez (Alex) and Michael Velasquez (Jinger); his grandchildren, Charles Rodriguez, Michael Velasquez, Marissa Rodriguez, Raquel Rodriguez, Jeremiah Velasquez and Elizabeth Velasquez; his great grandchild Lilith Velasquez; and his siblings, Dora Alvarez, Soñia Alvarez, Jose Alvarez and Claudia Gonzalez. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
