He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Rotter Sr. and Rose Rotter. He is survived by: his siblings, Elaine Opiela, Emmett Rotter and Tony Rotter; his children, Shane Rotter, Heidi Bismuth, Frank Rotter, Sterling Rotter and Clay Rotter; and his grandchildren, Austin Byrom, Jackson Byrom, Leah Rotter and Landry Rotter.
Considering this extremely painful, recent loss, it is the family's wishes to prevent further tragedy by maintaining strict social distancing protocol. Those wearing masks are encouraged to pay their respects at the Vinyard Funeral Home in Poth on Thursday December 17 between 2 and 5PM or on Friday December 18 during the grave-side service at the Blessed Sacrament cemetery at 3:30PM.
