He is survived by: his parents, Paul J. Hosek and Marie Hosek (Laskowski); his daughter Miranda Hosek (Noah Shellaby); his stepchildren, Jennifer Pollard (Jarred) and Chad Garrow; his grandchildren, Paisley, Hanna, Madison, Kyndal, Alana, Jaylla, Raelynn, Jarred, Jr., Casen and Ainsley; and his siblings, Mary Elizabeth Moczygemba (Charles), Yvonne Gawlik (Kenneth "Taco") and Clarence Hosek. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and other loving family members and friends.
