He was predeceased by: his parents, Edmund V. Lyssy and Mary Wiatrek Lyssy; and his brother Curtis Lyssy. He is survived by: his wife Evelyn Lyssy of Poth; his children, Karl Lyssy of Poth, Keith Lyssy (Sally) of Poth and Kimberly Lyssy Kowalik (Marty) of Falls City; his grandchildren, Eric Lyssy, Hailee Kowalik, Morgan Lyssy, Amanda Lyssy, Hunter Kowalik, Jonah Lyssy and Colin Lyssy; his sister Darlene Beutnagel (Armin) of Floresville; and his sister-in-law Pat Lyssy of Poth. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
