He was predeceased by: his parents, Zigmund Martin Zolkoski and Bernice Pudelski Zolkoski; his wife Marilyn Catherine Zolkoski; his son Martin Henry Zolkoski; his sister Phyllis; and his siblings-in-law, Ray Salacienski, Myrtle, Jack Lane, Gilbert and Dorothy Reinhard.
He is survived by: his great grandchildren, Marilyn and Stone Farris; his son Michael; his daughter-in-law Donna Zolkoski of Richmond; his daughter Cynthia; his children-in-law, Michael Adiano of Bryan and Margie Zolkoski Zaiontz (Pete Zaiontz) of Falls City; his grandchildren, Kristine Farris, Karen Bratcher (Eric), Michael Sean Zolkoski (Staci), Michelle Schumaker (Todd), Amy Zolkoski Cann (Taylor), Mason Zolkoski and Claire Zolkoski; his great grandchildren, Kailey and Ashleigh; his grandchildren, Melody, Avery Bratcher, Zoe, Colton Zolkoski, Reese, Nash Schumaker, Henry, Emma and Frances Cann; his niece Chris Wiecek; and his nephews, Dan Salacienski and Ken Salacienski (Cindy) of Cleveland, Ohio..
