With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Valentina Lopez Sisnero (Poteet, Texas), born in Jourdanton, Texas, who passed away on September 10, 2020 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Rocky Lopez and Juanita Lopez (Calchado); her husband Jimmy Sisnero; her daughter Eva Sisnero Montes; and her siblings, Teodora Lopez Sierra, Felipa Lopez Olivarri and Richard Lopez.
She is survived by: her daughters, Norma Sisnero Valdez (Isaac), Hilda Sisnero and Brenda Sisnero Willingham; her sister Simona Lopez Garcia (Santos); her grandchildren, James Andrew Martinez, Amy Lynn Dilgren, Xavier Sisnero, Eric Sisnero, Brianna Nichole Willingham, Alyssa Rae Willingham, Dakota Valdez, Katie Montes and Jorge Sisnero; and her great grandchildren, Luke, Jaianna, Genisis and Aria.
Due to the new Executive Order from Governor Abbott, we are asking that everyone wear a mask during the visitation and burial.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in Valentina's honor to Iglesia Cristo Viene Church, Box 650, Poteet, Texas 78065.
