She was predeceased by: her parents, Tony Cortinas Brown and Cecilia Gonzales Brown; and her siblings, George Brown and Mary Helen Garza. She is survived by: her husband Fred Martinez of Poteet; and her siblings, Virginia Ramirez of Poteet and Tony Brown Jr. of San Antonio. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
