In the vast expanse of eternity, Sonya Joyce shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Sonya Joyce farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Curtis Wright and Lucille Wright (Schneider); and her sister Opal Wright.
Visitation was held on Friday, March 21st 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Hurley Funeral Home (118 W Oaklawn Rd, Pleasanton, TX 78064). A funeral service was held on Saturday, March 22nd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, March 22nd 2025 at 11:30 AM at the Tumlinson Cemetery (1321 Tumlinson Rd, Pleasanton, TX 78064).
