She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Elliott and Judy Elliott (Coffee). She is survived by: her husband Mark Tolbirt; her sons, Adam Lee Snow and Ryan Tolbirt; and her siblings, Robert Paul Elliot and Shirley Hollman. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren.
