She is survived by: her stepmother Blanche Davis; her sons, Max Lee, Jackie Ray and Donnie Gene; her husband Orville; her parent Alma Davis; her siblings, Grace Belle, Lilly Belle, Gilbert, Bill, Jim and Jack; her sons, Max Womack (Sharon Womack) of Pawnee and Jack Womack; her friend Debbie Clark of Morrison; her grandchildren, Lori Kloxin, Jarrett Kloxin of Stillwater, Jimmy (Stacy Womack) of Pawnee, Steven (Brandi Womack) of Morrison and David (Candice) of Broken Arrow; her great grandchildren, Caleb McCray of Stillwater, Blake Womack of Pawnee, Guner Womack of Morrison, Brody Womack of Pawnee, Abigail Womack of Morrison and Jocelyn Womack of Broken Arrow; her sister Peggy (Willie Huerta) of Crescent; and also Donnie (Annette Womack) of Pawnee. She is also survived by many nephews, nieces, and a host of other family and friends.
