Herrera; his children, Oralia Alvarez (Oscar), Raquel Gutierrez (Victor Jr.), Jesse Montalvo (Elvia) and Orelio Herrera, Jr. (Barbara Ann); his sister Estella Medillian (Leno); his brother-in-law Theodoro Reyes; and his grandchildren, David P., Della, Delia, Kristina, Katarina, Krystle N., Kassandra, Krystle R., Melissa, Gabriel, Jamie and Orelio E.. He is also survived by 22 great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
