He was predeceased by: his mother Erna Y. Henkes (Krueger); his wife Glenda Marlene Becker; his father Charles Henkes; his siblings, Clyde Leon "Sonny" Henkes (Lillian), Helen Henkes, Willard Henkes and Malford "Hank" Henkes; and his sister-in-law Jeannie Henkes.
He is survived by: his children, Michael Anthony "Tony" Capps, Charles "Chuck" Eugene Henkes (Kathy) and Kathleen "Kathi" Clay (Charles "Charlie"); his brother Charles Henkes (Carol Lillie); his sister-in-law Gloria Henkes; and his grandchildren, Kandee Nicole Raziano (Randy), Chad Michael Capps, Hailey Diane Points (Danny), Jacob Andrew Henkes (Andria), Alyssa Lee Ewing (Kevin), Shellie Nicole Clay and Tyler Madison Clay. He is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren.
