He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Payne and Pearl Payne; and his brother Jimmy Payne. He is survived by: his sister Mary Jacklyn Digges (Charlie Digges Jr.); his daughters, Lisa Marie Payne and Jamie Lee Payne; his niece Melody Moehring; and his nephews, Shawn Digges, Shannon Digges, Kody Payne and Justin Payne. He is also survived by 6 great nephews, family members as well as the numerous friends.
