He was predeceased by: his parents, Julia I. Rodriguez and Mauricio Padilla; and his siblings, Robert Islas and Lizzie Anne Arguello. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Ann Padilla; his children, Eric Padilla (Aileen), Yvette Valdez, Evelyn Barrientes (Rene), Martin Padilla Jr. (Lysandra) and Dani Rae Vidal (Javier); his grandchildren, Zakaree, Desiree, Eric Jr., Sylena, America, Jayson, Raelyn, Alejandro, Camila, Karina, Santiago, Joanna and Ava Grace; and his sisters, Marsi and Irene Padilla. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
