He was predeceased by: his parents, Florentino Ramos and Matilda Ramos; and his siblings, Paul Z., Fernando, Florentino Jr., Carlos Ramos, Concha Aldana and Manuela Alaniz.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Ramos (Sanchez); his children, Oscar Ramos (Gabriella), Manuel Ramos Jr. (Norma), Gloria Mejia (Raymond), Sylvia Contrerras (Jaime) and Anita Villarreal (David); and his siblings, Adolpho Ramos, Rodrigo Ramos, Angie Carrasco and Irene Carrasco. He is also survived by twenty grandchildren, thirty-three great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
