He was predeceased by: his parents, Rodolfo Rocha and Carmen Rocha (Tovar); his siblings, Leonard, Rodolfo, Richard, Ralph, Ignacio, Olga and Concepcion; and his granddaughters, Danielle Gascon and Raquel Rocha.
He is survived by: his wife Estella Rocha; his daughters, Sally Rocha, Shirley Ruelas and Michele Rocha Ruiz (Anthony); his siblings, Robert Rocha, Janie Ruiz, Carmen Gonzalez and Rebecca Morales; and his grandchildren, Pauley Gascon, Jennifer Gascon, Tiffany Casillas, Jessica Casillas, Wesley Rocha, Nicholas Velasquez, Zoe Sandoval and Gabriela Rocha. He is also survived by numerous great grandchildren.
