He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Troy, Margaret Shearrer, Charles and Sara Martin. He is survived by: his parents, Frank James Rice, Sr. (Lisa) and Cynthia Rice (Martin); his sisters, Stacie Remy (Christopher) and Dara Jimenez (Nick); his aunts, Marilynn Erwin (E. C.) and Gale Martin; his niece Bailey Rice; his nephews, Tyler Remy and Uzziah Jimenez; and his cousins, Ryan Erwin, Katie Erwin and Trisha Oelberg (Jeremy). He is also survived by numerous extended family and friends.
