With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Frances Holland of Poteet, Texas, who passed away on September 21, 2021 at the age of 71. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Eleanor Locke and Royal Locke; her husband Scott; and her brothers, Victor Locke and Charles Locke.
She is survived by: her children, Matthew JD Holland of Poteet Texas, Nancy Tippy (Jim) of Brookshire Texas and Scott (Kippy Holland) of Grovetown Georgia; her grandchildren, Kyle Jankowiak (Amy) of Spring Texas, Shayla Frew (Steven) of Bury St, Monica Garcia (Donivan) of Kailua Hawaii and Kassidy Holland of Statesboro Georgia; her siblings, Nancy Koehl (Kenny) of Columbus Texas, Kenneth Locke (Maggie) of Mildura Australia, Sandy Locke of Jourdanton Texas and James Locke (Eva) of Jourdanton Texas; her sister-in-law Rhonda Locke; and her nephew James Locke Jr. (Audra) of Jourdanton Texas. She is also survived by numerous other nieces, nephews, cousins and loving friends.
As a young girl Fran was an avid reader and as an adult supported the Jourdanton Public Library with donations and her time.
