She was predeceased by: her parents, Ned Yow and Emma Yow; her siblings, Melvin Yow, Alma Gasch, Doreen Smith and Betty Wood; her husband Wayne Norment; her son Julius "Bubba" Norment; and her grandson C. W. Norment.
She is survived by: her daughter Sandra Norment Kiser (James); and her grandchildren, Denise Kiser Reddy (Duane), Kimberly Kay Kiser, Travis Kiser, Shane Norment and Kattie Norment. She is also survived by 10 great grandchildren; 4 great-great grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
