He was predeceased by: his parents, Juan Treviño and Erlinda Treviño; his brother Juan Treviño; and his niece Ella Lee Orta Whatley. He is survived by: his siblings, Evangelina Orta (John), Rosa Ortiz (Adolfo), Jesus Treviño (Amanda) and John Treviño (Carrie); and his friend Julie Uballe. He is also survived by his 12 nieces and nephews and 13 great nieces and nephews.
