She is survived by: her mother Toni Rae Nixon (David); her husband Paul H. Akers; her daughters, Shelby Rae Akers and Meagan Lynn Akers; her father Bobby Echigo (Denise); her siblings, Jay Riley, Zachary Riley, Leigh Ann Collins, Christy Strawn and Shana Boag; her grandchildren, Brandon Wilson, Ainsley Gembler and Ellie Woodard; her grandmother Johnnie Nixon; her aunts, Kim Nixon and Teresa Echigo; and her uncle David Nixon. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and other extended family members and friends.
Due to the Executive Order from Governor Abbott, we are asking that everyone wear a mask during the visitation, funeral, and burial.
