We are sad to announce that on February 14, 2023, at the age of 69, Shirley Sue Windhorst (Portland, Texas), born in Waco, Texas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Kenneth; her son Zach (Stephanie); her grandchildren, Avery and Gage; her brothers, Ronnie, John and Thomas Sutter; and her parents, J. T. Sutter and Barbara Sutter. She was also cherished by numerous cousins, nephews, and nieces.
She made significant contributions to several organizations including the Texas State Aquarium, Texas Turtle Patrol, Salvation Army, Meals on Wheels, the United Methodist Church, and the San Patricio County Literacy Program.
