She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Carl Meyer and Leota Meyer; her husband Duane Read; her daughter Cheryl Johnson (Ray); her grandson Branden Johnson (Hannah); her great grandchildren, Kinley and Kade Johnson; and her sister Florence Jicha. She was also cherished by numerous nieces and nephews.
