He is survived by: his wife Elma Delgado Felan; his children, Samuel Delgado (Christina), Pamela Stroup (Nickolas), Jeanette Felan (Chris) and Juan Felan, Jr. (Janielle); his siblings, Ignacio Felan (Mercedes), Richard Felan, Esmeralda Zambrano (Pablo) and Angie Garza; and his grandchildren, Andrea Rappa, Virginia Ramirez, Kayla Cruz, Brandon Goodnick, Jonah Delgado, Isaiah Cruz, Yasinea Cruz, Juan Felan III, Urijah Felan and Abigal Felan. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, March 7th 2025 from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Winsteads' Funeral Home (500 Wildcat Dr, Portland, TX 78374). A funeral service will be held on Friday, March 7th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location.
