He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Drury Cave Sr. and Hattie Hamm Cave; and his siblings, R. D., Howard and Jo Nell.
He is survived by: his sons, David Cave (Susan), Wayne Cave (Sheryl) and Jim Cave (Melissa); and his sister Hattie Beth Fojtik (Raymond). He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital or Halo Flight, organizations that reflect Preston's lifelong commitment to helping others.
