He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Werthmann and Theresa Werthmann. He is survived by: his children, Roger Werthmann (Dawn) of Houston, TX and Mindi Rosson (J. R.) of Portland, TX; his stepson Rick Percy (Michele) of Moline, IL; his grandchildren, Meika, Isiah, Jadie, Josslyn, James and Jonathan Edward; and his siblings, Kathryn Werthmann Quinn of Tampa, FL and Kenneth Werthmann of Moline, IL.
