He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Mary Ann Dittlinger Rowe and Dempsey Rowe; his wife Suzan; his children, Dempsey Rowe III, Victoria Joan Rowe Curtiss (Matt), Clint Matthew Rowe and Zachary Christian Rowe; his grandchildren, Jaden, Andrea, Lily, Lila, Tucker and Rhett Dempsey; his sisters, Conie Schubert and Jackie Fischer; and his close friend Jack Parker (Melissa). He was also cherished by siblings and spouses.
