It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cecil Dewaine Grosvenor of Portland, Texas, who passed away on December 7, 2022, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Clifford and Marie Eleanor Grosvenor (Fiedler); his wife Deloris Grosvenor; his son Sean Grosvenor; his grandsons, Shane Grosvenor and Nicholas Bayliss; and his former wife Sharyn Grosvenor.
He is survived by: his children, Ja Meza (Jaime) of Marble Falls, Nicole Jimenez (Lupe) of Portland, Debby Beach (Dennis), Jan Bayliss (Ross) of Freemont and Kim Timmons (Donnie) of Washington, Iowa; and his siblings, Raymond Grosvenor (Sharon) of Hailey, Idaho and Patricia Ban Nico of Chattanooga, TN.. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren: 10 great-grandchildren.
