He was predeceased by: his mother Vicki Lee Kowis; and his grandfathers, Johnny Lee Kowis, Elgin Tubbs and Robert McDevitt. He is survived by: his father Mark Anthony Kowis; his siblings, Charlotte Hoffman (Jim Hoffman), James Liles (Amanda Liles) and Tiffany Grace (Edgar Grace); his nephews, Dustin Grace, Curtis Grace, Logan Grace, Jake Grace and Junior Hoffman; his niece Shelby Lamb (Kamren Lamb); and his grandmother Mary Tubbs.
