With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Janet Rose Nicholson (Porter, Texas), who passed away on November 18, 2023 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband John Nicholson; and her siblings, Mary Brooks and Bill Bergfeld. She is survived by: her children, Kathryn (Michael Rinehold), Mary (Herbert Shriver), Laura (William Hanna) and John (Sandra Nicholson); her grandson Luke Hanna; and her sister Ellen (John Schlecht).

In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that donations be made in Jan's name to Alzheimer's Association or the American Cancer Society.
