He is survived by: his wife Kimberly Dawkins; his sons, David (Brittannie Dawkins) and Derek (Jenny Dawkins); his stepsons, Kasey McDonald, Ricky Summers, Kory Eden, Joseph and Shannon McDonald; his brother Bill Dawkins; and his granddaughter Sadie Dawkins.
