He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Cunningham and Elizabeth Cunningham. He is survived by: his siblings, Ashley Cunningham (Peggy), Mary Haislet (James), Alice Cunningham, Will Cunningham (Lisa) and Becky Klemm (Mark). He is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
