She was predeceased by: her parents, Bascom Owens and Rachel Owens (Grubbs); her husband Billy Joe Manning of Centerville, Texas.; her brothers, B. J., B. L. and B. D. Owens; her son-in-law Timmy Moran; and her granddaughter Carity Carnahan.
She is survived by: her daughters, Belinda Holmes, Cynthia Holmes, Deborah McNeese and Brenda Gail Manning; her brother B. I.; her sister-in-law Fredene Owens; her sister Bonnie Owens Vest; her sisters-in-law, Sara Owens and Beverly Owens; her grandchildren, Misty (Willie), Eric, Maranda (Yonis), Joshua, Ashley (Donavan) and Kalyn; and her great grandchildren, Lilly, Timmy, Fletcher, Kylie, Kolton, Kyndell, Kayden, Adrianna, Adriane, Destiny, Kenleigh, Alexis, Daniel, Nathaniel, Eden, Javen, Asher, Kaydence, Kensley, Nikkolas and Leonel. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends.
